Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in office software
  • ability to manage multiple tasks
  • customer service experience
  • flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferably in performing arts or event management
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • proficiency with office software and ticketing systems
  • ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • knowledge of audio-visual equipment and event logistics is a plus

Job Duties

  • handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing mail
  • manage ticket administration including sales and customer service via phone, mail, and online
  • assist with scheduling performances, rehearsals, and meetings
  • collaborate with PAC manager to staff and support events
  • serve as point of contact for inquiries from students, faculty, and the public
  • manage facility contracts and event logistics including ticketing, setup, and vendor coordination
  • supervise groups using the space and support technical needs such as audio-visual and internet access
  • coordinate pick-up and delivery of materials and equipment
  • manage housekeeping and security scheduling
  • place work orders for event setup and breakdown
  • maintain databases, filing systems, and records related to productions and budgets
  • support manager in tracking expenses and processing invoices
  • work as crew member for lighting, audio, video, and stagehand duties as needed
  • perform additional duties as assigned
