Job Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
- Proficient in English for workplace communication
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Japanese corporate setting
- Strong administrative and processing skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Valid U.S. work authorization, including time-limited authorization considered

- Strong Japanese language skills (spoken and written)

- 3+ years of experience working in a Japanese corporate environment

Job Duties
- Coordinate internal approval documents (travel, expenses, vendor payments) in Japanese
- Support scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Communicate with headquarters in Japan and external vendors
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Handle general office administration (supplies, bookings, inquiries)
- Process invoices and payments through online banking systems
- Monitor bank transactions and assist with reconciliation
- Record daily expenses and petty cash in Excel
- Maintain documentation for external accounting firm review
- Support expense tracking and internal reporting
- Assist with tax-related documentation
- Support internal compliance reviews and annual audits
- Prepare periodic reports for headquarters
- Maintain organized compliance-related documentation
