Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years of administrative, office, or related experience
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- proactive problem-solving ability
- composure under pressure
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a service-oriented environment
- proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom
- willingness to learn FileMaker Pro, Encompass Suite, and Advance
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart safely and responsibly
- ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- maintain and deploy event inventory
- monitor budgets related to event operations
- maintain and update team websites
- provide detailed event planning and logistical support
- staff MITAA events effectively
- serve as a frontline resource for alumni and staff
- offer guidance and direct inquiries appropriately
