Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED plus four years of professional or similar experience
  • Valid Texas driver’s license
  • Two to four years of administrative professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone and email etiquette
  • Flexible, personable, and cooperative with a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, initiative, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with four years of professional experience or Bachelor’s degree
  • Two to four years of administrative professional experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills including phone and email etiquette
  • Flexible, personable, positive, and cooperative attitude
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail, initiative, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to prioritize duties effectively
  • Experience in hospitality or executive administrative roles preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • SharePoint experience optional
  • Budgeting and reporting experience preferred
  • Valid Texas driver’s license required

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized and welcoming customer service to guests at the TRWD Administration Building
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Understand expectations quickly, anticipate needs, and independently manage tasks
  • Support the Executive Team with travel coordination, procurement card management, and accounts payable processing
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Executive Team
  • Cross train Administrative Services staff to provide professional concierge services
  • Coordinate meetings and events including planning and implementation
  • Problem solve and identify innovative solutions
  • Manage assigned special projects, both ongoing and short-term
  • Assist with budget entry and reporting
  • Provide backup support to Administrative Services team including answering phones, courier services, and meeting/catering setups
  • Maintain familiarity with strategic District levels of service
  • Engage in continuous improvement and innovation efforts
  • Perform other duties as required
