Job Requirements
- Must have welcoming, professional demeanor and appearance
- two to four years of administrative professional experience
- proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and other database applications
- excellent communication skills including phone and email etiquette
- must be flexible, personable, positive, and cooperative
- solid work ethic, attention to detail, initiative and resourcefulness
- must be able to prioritize duties
- bachelor's degree OR high school diploma/GED plus four years of professional or similar experience
- valid Texas driver's license

Job Duties
- Providing personalized and welcoming customer service for guests
- assisting and directing visitors
- demonstrating exemplary customer service and professionalism
- independently managing tasks and anticipating needs
- supporting the Executive Assistant with travel coordination and procurement card management
- assisting with meeting scheduling and coordination
- cross-training administrative staff for concierge services
- coordinating meetings and events
- problem-solving and identifying innovative solutions
- managing special projects
- assisting with budget entry and reporting
- providing backup support to the Administrative Services team
- maintaining familiarity with strategic District service levels
- continuous improvement monitoring
- performing additional assigned duties
