Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED plus four years of professional or similar experience
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Two to four years of administrative professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills including phone and email etiquette
- Welcoming, professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to prioritize duties effectively
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Providing personalized and welcoming customer service for guests of the TRWD Administrative Building
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service and professionalism at all times
- Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in managing tasks independently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in actions and appearance
- Support Executive Assistant with travel coordination, procurement card coordination, accounts payable, and reimbursements
- Assist with meeting scheduling and coordination for the Executive Team
- Coordinate meeting and event planning and implementation
