Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of clerical, bookkeeping or general office related experience
- valid driver's license
- ability to acquire Notary Public status
- regular and predictable attendance
- ability to work cooperatively with others

Job Duties
- facilitates communication and provides information to officials, employees, or the public
- receives calls, mail, and other correspondence and routes appropriately
- performs bookkeeping duties including processing fees, invoices, petty cash, and budget requests
- maintains accounting systems and reconciles bank statements
- processes personnel action forms and payroll documentation
- composes and edits departmental correspondence and reports
- maintains and updates records, indexes, and files
- greets visitors and directs them appropriately
- assists with duties of other personnel when necessary
- maintains inventory of office supplies and obtains vendor price quotes
- manages calendar and schedules for staff training and meetings
- prepares agendas and transcribes meeting minutes
- assists in training and coordinating temporary employees
- notarizes documents as required
- performs other related duties as assigned
