Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior experience required
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to operate standard office equipment
- ability to lift materials up to 25 pounds
- ability to work five days per week in Apple Valley, CA
- occasional travel between agency office locations

Job Duties
- Greet visitors professionally
- answer phones courteously
- route calls and inquiries appropriately
- provide basic information about agency services and office hours
- maintain welcoming front office environment
- scan, file, and retrieve basic documents
- maintain organized filing systems for front office
- distribute incoming mail
- ensure reception area materials are current and organized
- receive and log deliveries
- maintain inventory of front office supplies
- alert supervisor when supplies are low
- report office facility issues to appropriate person
- reserve conference rooms and set up basic meeting spaces
- ensure meeting spaces are clean and ready
- greet meeting attendees and direct them appropriately
- prepare simple refreshments when requested
- operate multi-line phone system proficiently
- use basic features of Microsoft Office
- operate standard office equipment
- navigate agency website to answer basic questions
