Job Requirements

  • Completion of a two-year degree in a business or office related discipline
  • Two years experience providing administrative support
  • Ability to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered
  • Position is located in Bismarck, ND
  • May be required to maintain a valid driver's license
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education preferably in business or human resources
  • Prior human resources work experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide first point of contact customer service for Human Resources department, front desk, answer phone calls, greet office visitors, employees, respond to general customer questions
  • Support the general administrative needs of the Human Resources Department and other internal departments
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems, assuring compliance with retention schedules
  • Provide logistical planning, coordination and support for departmental and General/Corporate office meetings and events
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned
