Job Requirements
- us citizen or green card holder
- availability to work monday through friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- able to commit to a 5-month contract
- entry-level experience suitable for administrative or clerical work
- basic computer skills including familiarity with sap and microsoft office
- good organizational and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic understanding of distribution logistics and supply chain operations
- proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- basic knowledge of SAP
- excellent communication skills
- professional attitude and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently
Job Duties
- run reports
- data entry
- traffic office administration admin work
- communicate and interact with carriers to ensure equipment availability or reschedule shipments with alternate carriers
- advise customer service of any changes from normal schedule
- assist with answering customer service inquiries via email and phone
- operate visitor and/or employee entrance device
- receive visitors and assist them in a professional manner
- sort mail
- send and receive faxes
- file records in accordance with client guidelines
- interact with warehouse associates and customer service in a professional manner to assure on-time shipments
