Job Requirements

  • us citizen or green card holder
  • availability to work monday through friday from 8 am to 5 pm
  • able to commit to a 5-month contract
  • entry-level experience suitable for administrative or clerical work
  • basic computer skills including familiarity with sap and microsoft office
  • good organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic understanding of distribution logistics and supply chain operations
  • proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • basic knowledge of SAP
  • excellent communication skills
  • professional attitude and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently

Job Duties

  • run reports
  • data entry
  • traffic office administration admin work
  • communicate and interact with carriers to ensure equipment availability or reschedule shipments with alternate carriers
  • advise customer service of any changes from normal schedule
  • assist with answering customer service inquiries via email and phone
  • operate visitor and/or employee entrance device
  • receive visitors and assist them in a professional manner
  • sort mail
  • send and receive faxes
  • file records in accordance with client guidelines
  • interact with warehouse associates and customer service in a professional manner to assure on-time shipments
