Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience
  • strong communication skills
  • basic proficiency with microsoft office suite and outlook
  • willingness to obtain property and casualty license
  • ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged
  • some college preferred
  • at least 2 years of office or administrative experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • proficiency with microsoft office suite and outlook
  • insurance experience preferred but not required
  • ability to obtain property and casualty license if not already held

Job Duties

  • provide admin and clerical support to commercial lines department members
  • assist with processing client requests for service
  • process endorsements, cancellations, and binders
  • provide back-up receptionist duties
  • assist with quotes for new and renewal business
  • prepare proposals for presentations
  • perform other duties assigned by manager
