Job Requirements
- High school graduate or business school graduate
- Relevant experience in lieu of high school diploma or GED considered
- Minimum five years secretarial or administrative experience preferably in healthcare
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 65 words per minute
- No licenses or certifications required

Job Duties
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Executive Council members
- Serve as receptionist for the administrative suite
- Manage incoming communications and redirect calls and visitors appropriately
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for executive staff
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks
