Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • minimum 8 years of professional relevant experience
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • experience managing multiple calendars and coordinating meetings
  • ability to handle confidential information
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • US Citizenship required
  • ability to obtain Top-Secret security clearance and Special Access Program eligibility

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with additional education or relevant experience, advanced expertise in Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, experience coordinating Outlook calendars and conference calls, prior experience coordinating meetings and events with customers including catering, experience making travel arrangements and processing expense reports, experience compiling reports and presentations, US Citizenship

Job Duties

  • Coordinate business meetings including ordering and setting up food, manage Director and team calendars, arrange visitor badging and receive visitors, coordinate customer clearance and badging process, arrange and modify Director's schedule and Operating Unit activities, assist with travel arrangements and expense reports, handle confidential business matters and maintain administrative organization
