Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- at least one year of relevant job experience
- solid verbal and written communication skills
- personal skills
- ability to understand and follow directions
- ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
- strong working knowledge of preparing reports, presentation materials, scheduling meetings
- proficient and accurate keyboarding skills
- experience with Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Job Duties
- provides a variety of administrative requests for managers across multiple departments
- coordinates and handles registration of events for managers and department staff
- creates communication pieces and reports in an accurate and efficient fashion
- handles travel arrangements
- serves as backup to receptionist and/or order processing representative
- receives and handles communication within departments promptly and courteously
- performs other duties as assigned
