Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in hospitality or restaurant settings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Customer service oriented
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and payroll systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and operations teams across multiple locations
  • Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence and ensure timely responses
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets related to company operations
  • Assist with employee records, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Support with ordering office and restaurant supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Maintain company files and ensure all documents are organized and up to date
  • Assist with special projects as needed
