Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in hospitality or restaurant settings
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Customer service oriented
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Knowledge of basic accounting and payroll systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to senior management and operations teams across multiple locations
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence and ensure timely responses
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets related to company operations
- Assist with employee records, ensuring accurate documentation
- Support with ordering office and restaurant supplies and maintaining inventory
- Maintain company files and ensure all documents are organized and up to date
- Assist with special projects as needed
