Job Requirements

  • Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License will be required to be obtained within first 60 days of employment
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • prior front desk or administrative experience preferred
  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong attention to detail and organization
  • basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients who visit the office in person
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team member
  • accept and process client payments accurately
  • determine client needs and ensure they are connected to the right person for assistance
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • perform administrative support duties as assigned, including scanning, filing, data entry, and mail handling
  • monitor front desk supplies and request replenishments as needed
  • provide exceptional customer service and represent the agency in a professional manner
