Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related work experience
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients
- Desire to learn various administrative tasks and support team functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with the database software Ajera is desirable
- Over three years of administrative experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
- Maintains filing systems as assigned
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents
- Prepares written summaries of data when needed
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors
- Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
- Maintains the tidiness of office break areas, orders supplies, and restocks as needed
- Copies, files, and retrieves materials as needed for the Accounting and HR Departments
- Assists with coordinating and scheduling trainings for all departments
- Completes proposal requests from team members
- Coordinates and schedules employee/team events
- Manages and receives office shipments
- Relays changes of information to appropriate employees
- Manages data entries for project accounts in the project database
- Performs other related duties as assigned
