- minimum two years administrative office experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- basic knowledge of medical terminology
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- associate of arts degree in business or related field preferred
- significant direct work experience considered
- minimum two years administrative office experience

- knowledge of medical office insurance billing preferred

Job Duties
- assist with payroll and billing
- manage accounts payable
- perform record keeping and data entry
- prepare reports
- handle copying and filing
- adhere to established standards, policies, and procedures
- maintain integrity and confidentiality of financial data
- participate in mandatory HIPAA privacy and compliance programs
- coordinate and attend training and meetings
- provide clerical support for organizational tasks
- effectively problem solve issues
- maintain compliance with regulatory file management
