Job Duties
- receive calls and greet visitors, take and relay messages, respond to requests for information, provide information or direct caller/visitor to appropriate individuals
- compile and prepare routine reports
- enter data into corresponding system based on distribution center reports in a timely and accurate manner
- maintain and create necessary files or record keeping systems including sorting, labeling, filing, and retrieving documents or other materials
- provide clerical/administrative support to the distribution center team including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- take meeting minutes
- write or draft correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials
- review incoming correspondence
- initiate replies as appropriate
- route matters requiring action by staff or management and follow up to ensure actions are completed
- review outgoing correspondence
- edit written material for accuracy, format, and arrangement of material
- interact with managers and leaders to prioritize and assist with the execution of multiple tasks and activities required to meet deadlines
- maintain calendars, schedules and coordinate appointments as needed
- compile and assist with the processing of vendor invoices as needed
- track inventory and order supplies for certain office and distribution related items
- perform other duties as assigned
- comply with all policies and standards
