- High school diploma required
- one year experience in clerical field
- advanced office skill training or experience preferred
- proficiency with MS Office
- ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- ability to work additional hours when required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- strong judgment and discretion

- one year clerical experience
- receptionist experience including multi-line phone systems
- proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the department
- provide general clerical support including writing correspondence, filing, appointment coordination, data entry, record keeping
- assist the department with various tasks and projects
- answer a multi-line phone system, screen and forward calls, record and relay messages
- relay messages and instructions to department personnel
- provide back-up support to other administrative positions
- serve as timekeeper in the department
- create and maintain forms and spreadsheets
- greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- sort and distribute mail
- serve as backup in processing requests for payment and purchasing orders
- maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
