Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years previous experience in administrative role
- Some college preferred such as an AA degree or work towards an undergraduate program
- Prior experience in higher education preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills including telephone and writing
- Strong interpersonal skills with a gracious demeanor
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Self-motivated showing initiative and perseverance
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Assist the Travel Coordinator with implementation of Junior Journey and Study Abroad Programs
- Serve as the first point of contact and liaison with main campus providing customer service
- Provide administrative support including answering phones and taking messages, attending meetings, data entry, photocopying, filing, sorting, scanning, and mail distribution
- Maintain program calendars, office supplies, and archives
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Teams regularly
- Handle communication and correspondence with students, vendors, visitors, faculty, and staff
- Arrange meeting logistics including time, place, technology, and food service
- Maintain confidential student records
- Respond to student inquiries and process applications
- Coordinate with other departments such as I.T.S, Registrar, and Business Office
- Supervise student workers and prepare timecards
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper approval processes
- Submit and follow-up on maintenance and IT requests
- Maintain office organization and equipment readiness
- Perform other duties to support Academic Affairs mission and vision
