Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in basic computer skills and software programs
  • Ability to learn, use, and train on electronic medical records
  • Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, and HIPAA Regulations
  • Experience with HR ticket system and helpdesk
  • Ability to answer multi-line telephone and greet visitors
  • Assist with HR duties
  • Sort incoming mail and prepare mail bags
  • Perform filing and data entry
  • Utilize UKG payroll and HR software
  • Attend training sessions
  • Complete tasks confidentially and accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in administrative support or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and various software programs
  • Ability to learn and use electronic medical records
  • Knowledge of confidentiality regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties

  • Answer multi-line telephone and greet visitors
  • Assist with HR duties as assigned
  • Sort all incoming mail and prepare site mail bags daily
  • Distribute faxes as they come in
  • Perform filing and data entry as needed
  • Utilize UKG payroll and HR software
  • Attend training sessions as outlined within the Employee Handbook
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely, confidential, and accurate manner
  • Maintain boundaries and keep all information confidential
  • Perform other duties as assigned
