Job Requirements

  • Associates degree required
  • Experience working closely with students, faculty, and administrators in a college setting
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency using various computer platforms and programs, including MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Blackboard (or other learning management platforms), and social media
  • Experience working closely with students, faculty, and administrators in a college setting
  • Familiarity with WordPress website platform is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new university-based software
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and personalities

Job Duties

  • Produce materials and media related to the three offices
  • Liaison and communicate with students and faculty
  • Edit, proofread, and format documents
  • Assist with event planning
  • Assist with academic fairs
  • Maintains record/filing systems
  • Create and maintain databases
  • Process travel reimbursements related to the work of each office
  • Purchasing supplies for all departments
  • Compile data or documentation
  • File documents or records
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, or design software
  • Assist in documentation for assessment
  • Other duties as assigned
