Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • periodic travel requirement

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • reception experience preferred
  • familiarity with construction project management platforms preferred
  • attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities

  • proficiency in Microsoft applications

Job Duties

  • Manage service of office equipment
  • provide daily reception coverage and back-up receptionist support
  • assist with mail processing and UPS management
  • assist with photocopying and plan copying
  • provide general administrative and project support
  • support onboarding of site workers including badging and safety documentation
  • assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • assist with project and accounting archiving
  • coordinate deliveries, material receipts, and job site inventory tracking
  • support scheduling of inspections, meetings, and subcontractor coordination
  • manage office and kitchen supplies
  • arrange meeting luncheon arrangements
  • monitor conference rooms for supplies and phone lists
  • assist with kitchen cleanup
  • actively contribute as a member of the Rochester office
  • engage in business development and build relationships with clients and partners
  • represent McGough professionally at events
  • attend company and project meetings
  • collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
  • actively support and participate in Lean events
  • perform additional duties as assigned
