Rite of Passage is a well-established organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable youth through comprehensive residential treatment programs. Falcon Ridge Ranch, one of its key facilities located in Virgin, Utah, focuses on providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment exclusively for young women who face significant life challenges. Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- possess a high school diploma
- have at least 3 years of experience in an office environment
- meet ROP driver eligibility requirements including a current state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years
- be able to pass a criminal background check
- drug screen
- physical
- TB test
- and search of the child abuse central registry

- experience with record keeping
Job Duties
- Aid designated supervisor and site employees with administrative needs
- ensure compliance with ROP professional standards in office procedures and record keeping
- manage correspondence and event calendars
- reconcile expenses
- redirect phone calls
- assist with other staff-required tasks
