Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clerical office work, customer service, or a related field
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and other relevant business applications/software

Job Duties
- Assist and direct residents, employees, and guests by providing information, coordinating transportation, supporting move-ins/admissions, and routing needs to the appropriate department
- Provide administrative support including managing calendars, expense reports, filing systems, database entry, meeting preparation/notes, and office supply/equipment coordination
- Prepare communications and publications such as resident birthday cards, newsletters, letters, phone lists, bulletin boards, and reports to ensure timely and accurate updates
- Support community engagement by assisting with marketing events, open houses, sales inquiries, and Foundation activities such as tracking, receipting, and fundraising
- Facilitate projects and special initiatives by collaborating across departments, maintaining records, and ensuring deadlines and resident service standards are met
