Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • exceptional communication skills
  • superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects on time
  • at least 1 year of experience in the field or a related area
  • able to work efficiently with little or no supervision
  • able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • excellent attendance and punctuality
  • willing to work an occasional Saturday
  • positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Manage workflow by assigning tasks to employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
  • assist in training staff members and new hires
  • implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
  • generate memos, emails, and reports on behalf of the office when appropriate
  • assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines by calling in repairs
  • maintain office supplies by checking inventory, ordering items, and confirming receipt
  • respond to questions and requests for information from employees and clients
  • answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • exhibit excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
