Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- exceptional communication skills
- superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects on time
- at least 1 year of experience in the field or a related area
- able to work efficiently with little or no supervision
- able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- willing to work an occasional Saturday
- positive attitude
Job Duties
- Manage workflow by assigning tasks to employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
- assist in training staff members and new hires
- implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- generate memos, emails, and reports on behalf of the office when appropriate
- assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines by calling in repairs
- maintain office supplies by checking inventory, ordering items, and confirming receipt
- respond to questions and requests for information from employees and clients
- answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
- demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- exhibit excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
