Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working in an administrative capacity
  • associates or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • digital native proficiency
  • moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Word
  • proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • impeccable time management while managing competing priorities
  • relentless attention to detail

  • experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, content management systems, and social media management is a huge plus

Job Duties

  • maintain and organize data to ensure accurate reporting and tracking
  • answers phone, forwards calls, and takes messages as needed
  • greets visitors and directs them as appropriate
  • prepare outgoing mailings, including certified mail and overnight packages
  • make photocopies and transmit faxes as requested
  • maintain the conference rooms calendars, prepare meeting room, and order food accordingly
  • update all phone directories on a regular basis
