Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in an administrative capacity
- associates or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- digital native proficiency
- moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Word
- proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
- impeccable time management while managing competing priorities
- relentless attention to detail

Job Duties
- maintain and organize data to ensure accurate reporting and tracking
- answers phone, forwards calls, and takes messages as needed
- greets visitors and directs them as appropriate
- prepare outgoing mailings, including certified mail and overnight packages
- make photocopies and transmit faxes as requested
- maintain the conference rooms calendars, prepare meeting room, and order food accordingly
- update all phone directories on a regular basis
