Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of reception or customer service experience preferably in a food manufacturing environment
  • English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, SuccessFactors, and Dayforce
  • Willingness to work one weekend day per month
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, SuccessFactors, and Dayforce

Job Duties

  • Provide front lobby reception coverage and route high volume calls
  • Ensure compliance and manage visitor sign-in log, issue visitor badges, escort visitors
  • Place monthly office supply orders and maintain supply room inventory
  • Assist in administrative projects and overflow work from different departments
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain cleanliness of lobby
  • Assist with faxing, copying, mailing, distribution
  • Support human resources with presentation materials, new hire orientation, paychecks, memos, flyers, meeting materials, packages
  • Manage and administer safety vouchers
  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement events and initiatives
  • Support and participate in special projects including prevention procedures
  • Serve as liaison for employees regarding Employee Self-Service Portal, SuccessFactors, Health & Welfare systems
  • Assist with closing process orders and entering receipts through SAP
  • Assist with accounts payable invoicing, tracking, and reports
  • Follow rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Perform other duties and contribute to special projects as assigned
  • Work one weekend day per month as needed
