Job Qualifications
- proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in Google Workspace
- knowledge of basic accounting and payroll systems is a plus
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- provide administrative support to senior management and operations teams across multiple locations
- handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence and ensure timely responses
- prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets related to company operations
- assist with employee records, ensuring accurate documentation
- support with ordering office and restaurant supplies and maintaining inventory
- maintain company files and ensure all documents are organized and up to date
- assist with special projects as needed
