Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Valid California commercial driver license preferred
- Minimum two years’ professional driving experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations
- Knowledge of warehousing and logistics procedures and policies
- Experience with hazardous materials, lube products, and dispatching is preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Strong customer service and telephone communication skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking systems
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, GPS tracking, video and tank monitoring systems
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and problem-solve
Job Duties
- Provide administrative and clerical support including filing, typing, copying, scanning
- Maintain relationships with customer service, billing, dispatch, and other departments
- Handle End of Shift reviews and corrections
- Reconcile driver inventories with company records
- Manage location inventory to match PDI transactions
- Ensure rational distribution and delivery according to reports
- Complete data entry and maintain department databases
- Keep department files current and accurate
- Assist truck technology department with handhelds and barcodes
- Model behaviors supporting company values and support guests and team members
- Serve as backup for front desk walk-in customers
- Greet and assist walk-in customers including invoice and payment processing
- Prepare daily bank deposits and balance cash boxes
- Maintain cash levels for transactions
- Support office personnel and guests consistently
- Use PDI and process cash/card payments at card lock
- Assist with inventory to ensure transaction accuracy
