Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming environment for visitors and employees by greeting and directing them appropriately
  • Prepare meeting and conference rooms and facilitate guest needs on site
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Take messages and schedule appointments
  • Provide administrative support including filing, copying, scanning, document management, and communication preparation
  • Liaise with employees and department leaders to handle requests and queries
  • Maintain office equipment and inventory of supplies
  • Prepare regular reports for internal departments
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Manage confidential documents and provide operational support
  • Complete special projects and contribute to team efforts
