Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong email etiquette
  • accomplished customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment
  • efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite and PowerPoint
  • track record of success in high-pressure, time-constrained environments
  • superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • self-motivated

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support to operations such as building out customer accounts and creating welcome packets
  • order supplies and coordinate with coffee vendors, restaurant catering/lunch orders, other vendors and building management
  • maintain general office space and conference rooms
  • perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors and answering and directing phone calls
  • receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail and parcels
  • assist with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure including printer errors and computer setups
  • provide administrative support to senior executives including travel arrangements, calendar management and personal tasks
  • complete or assist with special projects as requested by senior management
  • perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
