Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of administrative assistant experience preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Ability to work without supervision and possess strong project management skills including the ability to adapt to multiple priorities in a changing environment
- Exceptional skills in analysis oral and written communication and team orientation
- Excellent grammatical listening and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attentive to details and accuracy

Job Duties
- Maintain executive team calendars including setting appointments meetings and conference calls maintaining confidentiality as appropriate
- Prepare meeting agendas distribute meeting materials and document meeting minutes as requested
- Track project timelines and deliverables ensuring follow-through on action items
- Lead the administration of travel reservations for flights hotels and rental car accommodations
- Frequently check office supply and vending stocks work with other departments to reorder supplies
- Maintain clean and tidy public office spaces as well as an organized personal workspace
- Perform various general clerical tasks including but not limited to filing organize supplies answer phones etc
- Assist with organizing expense reports
- Play an integral role in planning and organizing department events
- Provide basic support for all departments along with all other duties as assigned
