Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
  • Ability to work without supervision and possess strong project management skills including the ability to adapt to multiple priorities in a changing environment
  • Exceptional skills in analysis oral and written communication and team orientation
  • Excellent grammatical listening and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attentive to details and accuracy

Job Duties

  • Maintain executive team calendars including setting appointments meetings and conference calls maintaining confidentiality as appropriate
  • Prepare meeting agendas distribute meeting materials and document meeting minutes as requested
  • Track project timelines and deliverables ensuring follow-through on action items
  • Lead the administration of travel reservations for flights hotels and rental car accommodations
  • Frequently check office supply and vending stocks work with other departments to reorder supplies
  • Maintain clean and tidy public office spaces as well as an organized personal workspace
  • Perform various general clerical tasks including but not limited to filing organize supplies answer phones etc
  • Assist with organizing expense reports
  • Play an integral role in planning and organizing department events
  • Provide basic support for all departments along with all other duties as assigned
