Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a healthcare or homecare setting
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • bilingual in Spanish and English
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • proactive problem-solving abilities
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare or homecare setting
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset
  • bilingual Spanish and English is required

Job Duties

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages promptly
  • maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining client files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency policies
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence
  • support the onboarding process by organizing paperwork and assisting new hires with documentation
  • order and manage office supplies to ensure the office is stocked and organized
  • assist management with reports, scheduling, and any special projects as needed
  • prepare and distribute internal communication and notices
  • provide outstanding service to clients and staff, demonstrating empathy and discretion
