Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a healthcare or homecare setting
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- bilingual in Spanish and English
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- proactive problem-solving abilities
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare or homecare setting
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset
- bilingual Spanish and English is required
Job Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages promptly
- maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining client files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency policies
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence
- support the onboarding process by organizing paperwork and assisting new hires with documentation
- order and manage office supplies to ensure the office is stocked and organized
- assist management with reports, scheduling, and any special projects as needed
- prepare and distribute internal communication and notices
- provide outstanding service to clients and staff, demonstrating empathy and discretion
