Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Responsible and self-motivated
- Ability to proactively solve problems and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- 1+ years of job-related professional experience preferred

- Experience in event and meeting planning and/or administrative support preferred
Job Duties
- Schedules, plans, and coordinates all institute-level meetings, events, seminars, symposia, and faculty recruitment
- Manages procurement and logistics for events, including vendor coordination and catering
- Processes requests for approvals and ensures compliance with university policies
- Coordinates travel and logistics for meetings and faculty recruitment, including reservations and reimbursements
- Provides administrative support to directors and staff, including calendar and email management
- Coordinates council membership, voting processes, and ensures bylaw compliance
- Assists with student recruitment and education team events
- Serves as backup for institute communications
