Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of responsible administrative or clerical experience
- Valid Class C Texas driver's license
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
- City of Bellmead employment application required
- Submission of resume highly encouraged
- Proof of licenses must be submitted
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of responsible administrative or clerical experience
- Associates degree or coursework in administrative support preferred
- Experience in municipal or governmental agency preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Proficiency with standard office software and equipment
Job Duties
- Provide phone and front desk reception services
- Schedule and coordinate events at the Civic Center
- Execute event contracts and process payments
- Review incoming mail and correspondence
- Organize, coordinate, and prepare materials for public and staff meetings
- Assist with setup, running, and teardown of department events
- Collaborate with internal city departments to coordinate community events
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Manage flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends due to event demands
