Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • greet and check in patients upon arrival
  • schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • update and maintain accurate patient files
  • assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries
  • coordinate communication between patients and dental staff
  • manage call center operations and respond to eligibility questions
  • support treatment coordination and follow-up activities
