Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in reception or administrative roles
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a host/hostess, receptionist, or administrative role
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service
- Knowledge of resident care philosophy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic clerical skills
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors, residents, agencies, and associates warmly and courteously
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in accordance with company practices
- Take messages from callers and ensure their delivery when required
- Assist Sales Director with compiling information on competitor rates and services
- Prepare and mail newsletters and introductory material for mailing list members
- Assist Executive Director/Administrator with staffing processes including placing employment ads, taking applications, and background checks
- Collect information on vendors, ancillary services, and community activities for resource directories
- Prepare and forward administrative materials needed by Resident Director
- Assist Sales Director in maintaining inventory of marketing materials
- Maintain administrative files for compliance with regulations and company policy
- Maintain full and accurate sets of policies, procedures, forms, and operating manuals
- Prepare and maintain residence report books and assist in communication flow to home office
- Report any resident or visitor concerns to Executive Director/Administrator promptly and professionally
