Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-3 years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work onsite five days per week at Bethesda, MD location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-3 years of previous receptionist/administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
- Strong customer service experience with emphasis on professional front-desk or visitor services
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Good time management skills to prioritize and multitask
- Strong patience and listening skills
- Ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to remain personable and attentive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately while informing visitors by answering or referring inquiries as needed
- Maintains security by following established procedures, monitoring visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges to ensure safe and secure facility access
- Operates telecommunication system by answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Coordinates online conference room scheduling and arranges facilitation before and after conferences and meetings including room setup coordination
- Assists with maintaining engagement center and common areas to ensure professional office environment standards
- Provides administrative support to People & Culture operations team including data entry, document preparation, file room maintenance, events coordination, and projects as assigned
- Provides backup support to Executive Assistants as needed including T&E reports completion and administrative tasks
