Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years receptionist or administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work on-site five days per week

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years of previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • strong customer service experience focusing on professional front-desk or visitor services
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries as needed
  • maintains security by following established procedures, monitoring visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges
  • operates telecommunication system by answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • coordinates online conference room scheduling and arranges facilitation before and after meetings
  • assists with maintaining engagement center and common areas to ensure professional office environment standards
  • provides administrative support to People & Culture operations team including data entry, document preparation, file room maintenance, events coordination, and projects
  • provides backup support to Executive Assistants including T&E reports completion and administrative tasks
