Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in receptionist or administrative role
  • Prefer experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Commitment to providing quality resident service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in a host/hostess, receptionist, or administrative role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform clerical and administrative support tasks
  • Understanding of resident care philosophy focused on quality service and professional interaction

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet all visitors, residents, agencies, and associates arriving at the residence
  • Answer and direct incoming calls according to company practices
  • Take and deliver messages from callers
  • Assist Sales Director with competitor rate and service information compilation
  • Prepare and mail newsletters and introductory materials
  • Assist Executive Director/Administrator with staffing processes including employment ads and background checks
  • Collect information on vendors and community services for resource directories
  • Prepare and forward administrative materials to Resident Director
  • Assist Sales Director in maintaining marketing materials inventory
  • Maintain administrative files for regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate policies, procedures, forms, and manuals
  • Prepare and maintain residence report books
  • Assist in communication flow to home office
  • Report resident or visitor concerns to Executive Director/Administrator promptly
  • Provide clerical support and receptionist duties
  • Assist with payroll data entry
  • Serve as building administration backup
  • Perform other assigned tasks relevant to facility operation
