Job Duties

  • greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
  • schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • maintain and organize office records and files
  • prepare and distribute correspondence and documents
  • provide general administrative support to staff and management
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
