Job Duties
- Perform clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence and invoices
- prepare meeting minutes and provide administrative support to Directors, Department Chairs, Faculty, and Students
- Handle general purchasing duties for office and classroom supplies
- Manage point-of-sale and reservation systems for dining services and assist with lunch and dinner service
- Coordinate events, meetings, and participate in college-sponsored functions as a departmental representative
- Maintain inventory and organization of instructional materials, office supplies, linens, and event-related items including laundering linens and staging supplies
- Collaborate with PR/Marketing to provide content and updates on student and faculty activities for social media
- Track and maintain records on current and former students
- Conduct tours of CAHMI and the campus for prospective students and visitors
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and input program-related data
- Distribute mail and packages to designated areas in both LRS Auto-Tech and CAHMI buildings
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or private information
- Assist with collection, organization, and presentation of data for program evaluation and reporting
- Keep shared workspaces organized and clean
- Uphold a professional appearance and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Demonstrate proficiency using various software and AV systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned
