Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong proofreading and editing capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well in team settings
- Capability to perform accurately under pressure and deadlines

Job Duties
- Assist with overflow work from administrative assistants and fill in for the office receptionist
- Prepare letters, transmittals, memos, reports, forms and other business correspondence
- Edit documents prior to client submittal and file correspondence and other documents
- Interface with accounting to open new jobs and ensure proper billing
- Perform data entry and create project work order files
- Assist with handling miscellaneous requests, office building issues, and coordination of office events
- Act as backup for ordering routine office supplies
- Schedule conference rooms for meetings and set up beverages and food
- Troubleshoot PC, TV, and sound bar needs in conference rooms
- Troubleshoot issues with printers and plotters prior to service calls
- Assist with project and department administration and coordination
- Receive and direct visitors, clients, and applicants
- Receive and relay incoming calls and take timely messages
- Handle administrative and reception tasks as required
- Perform other assigned tasks
