Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Transmit information via computer, email, or fax
  • Operate standard office equipment including computers
  • Draft letters, memos, and documents using word processors, spreadsheets, database or presentation software
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, date stamp and distribute incoming mail
  • Create and maintain filing and organizational systems electronically and on paper
  • Collect, copy, classify, and file office records and business transactions
  • Assist guests with disabilities and provide excellent guest service
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests
  • Support team goals and collaborate positively with coworkers
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to ten pounds
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors
