Job Duties
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- Transmit information via computer, email, or fax
- Operate standard office equipment including computers
- Draft letters, memos, and documents using word processors, spreadsheets, database or presentation software
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, date stamp and distribute incoming mail
- Create and maintain filing and organizational systems electronically and on paper
- Collect, copy, classify, and file office records and business transactions
- Assist guests with disabilities and provide excellent guest service
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests
- Support team goals and collaborate positively with coworkers
- Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to ten pounds
- Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors
