Job Requirements
- master’s degree in discipline or related field from a regionally accredited institution
- ability to teach in person at Bethlehem or Monroe campuses or online
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to engage with diverse student populations
- submission of resume/cv, cover letter, and references
- ability to provide official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate universities attended
Job Qualifications
- master's degree in hospitality, food and beverage, or related field from a regionally accredited institution
- preferred college teaching experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to student success and diversity
- ability to prepare and deliver course content effectively
Job Duties
- teach credit courses in hospitality, food and beverage fields
- engage and mentor students to enhance learning
- prepare and deliver course materials
- assess and evaluate student performance
- participate in department meetings and academic activities
- maintain accurate student records
- contribute to a diverse and inclusive educational environment
