Job Requirements
- associate's degree in culinary arts
- current Serv-Safe certification
- minimum of 5 years full-service restaurant experience
- minimum of 2 years experience in a chef or supervisory role
- ability to lead and communicate effectively
- commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- oversee production of meal service for an onsite culinary restaurant
- perform classroom culinary instruction
- ensure proper safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- communicate effectively with students, and staff of both the college and culinary program
- lead and mentor culinary students in practical and theoretical aspects of culinary arts
- collaborate with college administration to enhance curriculum and program offerings
- evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
