Job Requirements

Earned associate degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
Demonstrated and documented training or teaching of ice carving and its business aspects
Ability to prepare and deliver effective course materials
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Availability to teach scheduled classes
Commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment
Ability to stay current with industry developments

Job Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or Hospitality from a regionally accredited institution
Master’s degree preferred
Proven experience in ice carving and teaching
Ability to develop engaging instructional content
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with business aspects of ice carving
Commitment to student success and academic excellence

Job Duties

Develop and deliver course content on ice carving techniques and business aspects
Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials
Demonstrate ice carving demonstrations and supervise student practice
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with current trends in ice carving and culinary arts
Collaborate with other faculty for curriculum development
Maintain a safe and professional classroom environment
