Job Requirements
- Earned associate degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
- Demonstrated and documented training or teaching of ice carving and its business aspects
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective course materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to teach scheduled classes
- Commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment
- Ability to stay current with industry developments
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or Hospitality from a regionally accredited institution
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in ice carving and teaching
- Ability to develop engaging instructional content
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with business aspects of ice carving

Job Duties
- Develop and deliver course content on ice carving techniques and business aspects
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials
- Demonstrate ice carving demonstrations and supervise student practice
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with current trends in ice carving and culinary arts
- Collaborate with other faculty for curriculum development
- Maintain a safe and professional classroom environment
