Job Requirements

  • Earned associate degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
  • Demonstrated and documented training or teaching of ice carving and its business aspects
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective course materials
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to teach scheduled classes
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment
  • Ability to stay current with industry developments

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts or Hospitality from a regionally accredited institution
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in ice carving and teaching

  • Familiarity with business aspects of ice carving

Job Duties

  • Develop and deliver course content on ice carving techniques and business aspects
  • Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials
  • Demonstrate ice carving demonstrations and supervise student practice
