Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health business or related field or high school diploma
  • Three years of project coordination or administrative support experience if bachelor's degree holder
  • Seven years of project coordination or administrative support experience if high school diploma holder
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to analyze and manage data
  • Commitment to maternal health
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health business or related field plus three years of project coordination or administrative support experience
  • Or high school diploma plus seven years of project coordination or administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in coordinating logistics and managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of maternal health initiatives and provider training programs
  • Ability to analyze and manage data for program evaluation
  • Commitment to advancing maternal health outcomes and supporting UAMS's mission

Job Duties

  • Assist with statewide provider training logistics including scheduling materials development and tracking attendance
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for successful implementation of maternal health initiatives
  • Provide administrative support including maintaining project timelines coordinating communication and preparing reports and presentations
  • Organize meetings webinars and events related to program goals
  • Collect and enter data on training participation and outcomes maintain records and support performance reporting for grant funded activities
  • Provide general support to ACWIH projects and staff to advance maternal and infant health initiatives
